About Deep Steam
A locally owned Nashville company caring for carpet, rugs, upholstery, floors and homes across Middle Tennessee since 2017, with specialty textile training, our own rug washing facility and a 24/7 restoration team.
Our Story
Kirollos “Kiro” Aiad started Deep Steam in 2017 while he was a student at Tennessee State University. He had worked for a large cleaning company and saw how often the details were skipped, so he built Deep Steam around doing each step properly and pricing it fairly.
Carpet cleaning is where we started. As clients asked for more, we added upholstery, tile and grout, hardwood care and pet urine treatment, opened Silk & Shine Rug Spa for in-plant rug washing, and built a restoration team for water, mold and fire damage.
Today we have served 8,000+ clients and earned 1,200+ 5-Star Google Reviews, working from our shop on Riverbend Drive in Nashville and our locations in Murfreesboro, Smyrna and Clarksville.
Certified in Wool & Rayon/Viscose Textile Care
Our technicians are trained and certified in the care of wool and rayon/viscose materials, helping us make better decisions about chemistry, moisture, agitation and drying on delicate textiles.
We use that training on wool carpet, upholstery and rugs, where the wrong chemistry, too much moisture or slow drying can cause damage.

Our technicians are certified in wool and rayon/viscose textile care, so fiber, dye and moisture decisions are made before cleaning starts.
Silk & Shine Rug Spa
Our rug washing facility in Nashville, where rugs are inspected, dusted, washed and flushed where appropriate, then dried under controlled conditions.
Truck-mounted equipment
Carpet and upholstery are cleaned with truck-mounted hot water extraction. The unit stays outside in our truck, with low-moisture methods for delicate fabrics.
Restoration capability
24/7 water damage response with extraction, air movers and dehumidifiers, plus mold remediation and fire and smoke cleanup.
Transparent pricing
Standard services are listed in our online price book. Specialty and restoration work is priced after an inspection, and your technician confirms the price before any work starts.
